CHOP CHICKEN. MIX WITH NEXT FIVE INGREDIENTS. MELT BUTTER AND ADD BREADCRUMBS. PLACE CHICKEN MIXTURE IN A 13 X 9 CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH BREADCRUMB MIXTURE. BAKE 30 - 40 MINUTES AT 350.
