Mocha Ice Cream with Coco Nibs

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
2 raw egg yolks
1/2 cup blue agave nectar
1 tbsp. cocoa nibs (optional)
2 tbsp. organic cocoa mixed with water to make a syrup (can be heaping TBL for extra dark chocolate flavor)
1 tsp. coffee extract

Directions:

Whisk together all the above ingredients, and chill for 20 minutes in your freezer. Then, add to Cuisinart or other ice cream maker and process for 20 minutes or until it becomes ice cream!
