Ingredients:

1 zuchinni (or a bunch of yellow squash)peeled, diced (or you can use frozen)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
3 lg. eggs
1 cup crushed cheese crackers
1 env. (.4 oz.) envelope buttermilk Ranch style salad dressing mix
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules (left-over Ranch dip mix can be used)

1 cup soft bread crumbs (coated in melted butter)

Directions:

Cook squash and onion together until tender, drain well.
Mix together remaining ingredients EXCEPT bread crumbs. When mixed well, add cooked squash and onion mixture, stir. Pour into greased baking dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
