Ingredients:

1/2 md. white onion, chopped (finely)
2 limes worth of lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 Jalapenos, seeded and chopped (finely)
2 avocados chopped (chunky)
1/2 tomato, chopped (finely)
Salt & pepper
1 healthy shot tequila

Directions:

To get the necessary lime juice, use a mechanical juicer. If squeezing, or using a hand juicer, you may need a 3'rd lime because it's hard to get all the juice out by hand.

Follow the steps as shown below, to get the right flavour infusion.

Combine the white onion & Lime juice, and add a pinch of salt. Mix.

Add the cilantro. Mix.

Add the jalapenos & tomato. Mix.

Add the avocados, another pinch of salt and some pepper. Add the tequila.

Mix gently but thoroughly, to not break-up the avocados too much, but to make sure the lime juice and tequila coat the avocados, otherwise they will turn brown within an hour.

Good for serving right away, but if left for 30-60 minutes, it will be even better.

Comments from wally2q :

My brother brought this one back with him from a Mexican vacation.

This is "chunky" guacamole.
