Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
2 tsp. arrowroot
2 egg yolks
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup agave nectar

Directions:

Mix 2 cups cream and 1 cup whole milk and half cup of agave nectar and 2 tsps. arrowroot (used as a thickener). Pre-chill in freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Peel and slice banana. Cut banana slices in half. Puree one cup of strawberries including green leaves on top.

Whisk egg yolks in large mixing bowl. Add chilled cream mixture, banana and strawberry puree.

Immediately add to Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. Process for 20 minutes or until firm.

Serve and freeze remaining.

Note: Thaw leftover ice cream for 20-30 minutes before serving.
