1 can (15 ounce) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 ounce) cream-style corn
1 pkg. (8 1/2 ounce) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
