Ingredients:

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. cubed pork
2 tsp. peanut oil
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. carrot, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 can (15 ounce) sliced peaches, with juice
1 tbsp. all purpose flour

Directions:

In a glass bowl, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Place the pork in the bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork, marinade and onion and cook, stirring constantly, until the meat is cooked through. Throw in the carrot and broccoli and cook for a few minutes, then add the peaches with juice and bring the mixture to a boil. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir in.Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

Serve over hot rice or noodles.
