Ingredients:

2 lg. onions, chopped
Tomato slices
Country ham slices
Turkey slices
Toast
Parmesan cheese
2 sticks margarine
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-1/4 cups flour
4 cups milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a large sauce pan, saute onions in margarine until transparent. Add: Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and flour; stir into a rue and let bubble over medium heat. Slowly add milk to make a medium sauce. Add cheeses and stir to blend until cheeses are melted and hot. To assemble Hot Brown Sandwich top two slices of toast with 2 ounces sliced turkey and 2 ounces of country ham; cover with sauce. Garnish with 2 slices cooked bacon and 2 slices tomato; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Heat in oven or micrwave until sauce bubbles.
