5 strawberries, tops removed
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice and pulp
1 tbsp. raw honey
1 cup kefir
1 cup ice

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until ice is totally crushed. Pour into two glasses and serve!
