1/4 cup cocoa
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. hot water
1 banana, sliced
1-1/2 cups skim milk
2 cups non-fat frozen yogurt

Directions:

In a small bowl, stir together cocoa and sugar. Add hot water and stir until well blended. Place sliced banana in a blender; cover and blend. Add cocoa mixture, cover and blend. Add skim milk and non-fat frozen yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
