Ingredients:

2 cups sugar or sugar substitute
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/8 cups peanut butter
2 cups oatmeal

Directions:

Cook sugar, milk, cocoa and salt in saucepan, Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. remove from heat, Mix in vanilla, peanut butter, and oats. Pour in buttered pan and let harden. Cut into bars.

I didn't have any white sugar so I used brown sugar - 1 1/2 cup light and 1/2 cup dark. It was delicious, but it was breaking up. I'm going to put the rest in the fridge and see how it is tomorrow. One tip though, make sure you have the buttered pan ready at the start because as you mix the final ingredients, it thickens up quick!
