Ingredients:

1 cup assorted organic fruit (blueberries, strawberries, banana)
3/4 cup Kefir
1 cup ice
1 to 2 tsp. agave nectar (this is a low-glycemic sweetner sold at Whole Foods)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend to crush ice and serve.

This will make two juice glass size servings, which is good for beginning Kefir drinkers. In the future, you can make larger servings once you are acclimated to Kefir.

Comments from kahartke :

Kefir is a yogurt like cultured dairy product. It has a tangy, fizzy taste and is not a thick as yogurt. Start with a small amount (couple of TBL) until your digestive system is used to it. Too much too soon can give you a tummy ache!
