Ingredients:

10 stalks fresh green onions
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
20 slices thin Sliced corned beef (lunchmeat kind)
The ammount of what you use depends on how many you are serving.

Directions:

Wash the green onions, cut off root. Maybe peel a layer of onion if necessary.

Spread softened cream cheese on 1 or 2 slices of corned beef , you can put the cream cheese on as thick or thin as you like.

Roll cream cheese corned beef, around root end of onion.

Enjoy!
