Ingredients:

1 cup plus 2 tbsp. warm water (no more than 85 degrees--check with food thermometer)
2 tbsp. walnut oil
2 tbsp. honey
3-1/4 cups whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. whey powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
2 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 cup raisins or sultanas

Directions:

Set aside half of the raisens. Put all remaining ingredients into the inner pan of the Breadmaker machine in the order listed, or in the reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies liquids last. Select Fruit and Nut or Sweet setting, and Light Crust setting. Push start. Add remaining raisins when the machine beeps or about 12 minutes into the cycle. Enjoy!
