Ingredients:

6 boneless chicken breasts
4 packets sazon
3 tbsp. adobo
3 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1 box (lg.) corn flakes

Directions:

Preheat deepfryer to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into strips. In a large bowl pour corn flakes. Use a potato masher to crush flakes(or whatever you find easier). Mix flour, adobo and sazon to flakes. In a small bowl whisk eggs. Put chicken in eggs. Shake off excess egg. Put in cereal and cover chicken completely. Place in oil and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Comments from silkpegasus :

When checking to see if the oil is hot enough sprinkle a dab of water(carefully) in oil and if it snaps and pops it's hot enough.
