1 lb. swordfish or any firm fish ex: monk fish, sable, tuna, cod, marlin, bluefish; cut into 1-inch-thick slices
Fresh lemon juice
Olive oil
Chopped fresh oregano
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, then with oil, oregano and pepper to taste. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Before grilling season with salt and grill on high for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, making sure the fish stays moist. Serve immediately. Traditionally, the fish is drizzled with oil and served with lemon slices on the side.
