1 onion finely diced
2 cloves garlic finely sliced
2 anchovy fillets chopped
1 sm. red chili deseeded and finely chopped
2 tsp. capers rinsed and drained
1 handful olives deseeded and quartered
1 cup Red Sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Salt and pepper (B/c of the saliency of the capers, olives, and anchovies; use the salt sparingly)

Directions:

In a heavy sauce pot, sauté the onion, garlic, anchovies, and the pepperino (red pepper) for 8 minutes till soft over a mediumish heat. Add in the capers and olives and sauté for about 2 more minutes. Dump in the tomato sauce and simmer for about 8-15 minutes or somewhere it is the consistency that you would like. Check the seasoning for salt and pepper, add in the parsley and you got a one sinful sauce.
