2 to 3 lb. stew meat
2 cans (10-3/4 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 env. onion soup mix

Directions:

Place stew meat in bottom of Dutch oven. Pour onion soup mix over meat. Add the soup do not stir. Add milk. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces and put on top of rest. Cover and let cook in 375 degree oven for about 2 hours.

If doing over open fire let fire burn down to coals put oven on top of a few and add a few to the top let cook. Does take longer on fire so best to start at breakfast for lunch or at lunch for supper, about 4 hours.
