1 qt. sour milk or buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cooked diced beets
1 cup diced cucumber
1 tbsp. grated raw carrot
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped green dill
2 to 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Beat the sour milk or buttermilk with the cream until uniformly blended. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill thoroughly. Serve very cold in chilled soup plates.
