Ingredients:

4 1-inch pork chops
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. sea salt
1/8 fresh black pepper
1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook chops till they brown on both sides. Add 1/2 cup wine, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic. Simmer, uncovered, till most liquid is gone. Add a cup of hot water and remaining wine and cook till boiling. Remove chops and make a gravy. Put chops on a plate with some gravy over them. Serve with creamed potatoes and choice of veggie and salad. Enjoy!

Comments from huntier :

Use fresh rosemary, has a better taste. When you cut your rosemary mash with a spoon to release the oils and flavors. Make cream potatoes and add gravy over them. Also serve with a veggie of choice and a salad.
