Ingredients:

2 pkg. dry yeast (2 Tablespoons dry yeast)
2 tbsp. lukewarm water
3 tbsp. lukewarm milk
6 tablspoons sugar

Zest of 1 lemon
7 cups flour
1 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp. butter

Serve warm with tea or coffee.
