Ingredients:

6 cups onions, thinly sliced
1 stick butter
3 cans (10 oz. each) beef broth
2 to 2-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/16 tsp. garlic powder
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Mozzarella cheese
French bread, toasted with garlic butter

Directions:

Saute onions in butter until tender about 20 minutes. Add beef broth and remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook over low heat for at least 10 minutes. Place mozzarella cheese in bottom of soup bowls pour hot soup over cheese. Top with toasted french bread, and Mozzerella and Parmesan cheese.

VERY QUICK AND EASY TO PREPARE,TASTE AS IF YOU WORKED ON IT ALL DAY, MOST EXCELLENT..........


VERY tasty and simple to prepare, try cutting qty onions in half....too much as described in recipe.


Very good, but be sure you don't overdo yhr curry, 1/8 tsp is enough.
