Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. bacon
3 cans (26 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. sweet basil
6 to 8 fennel seeds
1 tsp. black pepper
Hot sauce to your liking
1/4 tsp. Wright's iquid smoke

Directions:

Brown all meats together and place in a large pot. Add cream of mushroom soup. Saute the onion and add to the pot. If it's too thick, thin with milk.

serve over toast, bisquits, tator tots, hash browns or whatever you like.

this is a recipe passed on to me from the Fire Chief many years ago & still a firehouse favorite.this will feed 8-10 hungry firefighters or deer hunters or fishermen or any other large group.
