2 to 4 cooked hamburgers (beef, turkey, veggie)
2 to 4 slices Texas garlic toast
1 lg. tomato, peeled and sliced
1 red onion, sliced
Fresh sweet basil, chopped
Shredded cheese (any flavor)
Olive oil

Directions:
|
While hamburgers are cooking and almost done to your taste, toast bread in oven according to toast directions. Take toasted toast out of oven, sprinkle cheese over hot bread, put hamburger on top of cheese and add more cheese over the hot hamburger. Add tomato, onion, basil and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with your choice of French fries, potato salad, cole slaw and/or salad.
