Ingredients:

1 lb. ground hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole kernal sweet corn
1 sm. yellow onion, diced
3 to 5 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into about 1/2 inch slices
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Brown hamburger in a Dutch-oven type pot with the onion. Drain excess fat, and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium until the potatoes are soft - being sure to stir occasinally to avoid sticking. Do not add water, and do not drain the corn prior to adding to pot. Sauce will thicken as it cooks, I like to let it simmer uncovered for a while to thicken also.

Comments from ryangb :

This a quick and easy, yet yummy dinner that my grandma made for my grandpa and my mom years ago. We have spent two generations trying to name it, and have decided on its "temp" name we've been using since I was a kid. It sounds simple (and it is!) but it is sure to be a favorite - I always have to make a double batch!!
