Ingredients:

2 tea bags
2 cups hot water
2 cups sugar
7 cups cold water
1 pint Peach Brandy (or more to taste)
1 can (12 oz.) lemonade concentrate
1 can (12 oz.) orange juice concentrate
4-1/5 pints 7up or Ginger Ale

Directions:

Steep tea bags in hot water for approximately 5 minutes. Add sugar, and let dissolve. Add 7 C. cold water.

Mix 1 pint Peach Brandy, the lemonade and orange juice concentrate. Mix with tea mixture. Add 2 liter 7up or Ginger Ale. Freeze.

This is an old family friend. I remember my Great Aunt Kate making it and serving it by her pool. I have tried to carry on the family tradition by creating a batch for summer (or winter!) gatherings.

This recipe can definately be altered for taste, alcohol content. One variation that we have stumbled on over the years is to leave out the soda, adding scoops of the slush to the soda after freezing.
