Ingredients:

4 salmon filets
1/5 cup soy sauce
1/5 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
6 green onions chopped

Sauce:
1 lemon or 2 limes, juice and zest of
1 to 2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:

Lay the filets in a pan. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and honey in a small saucepan and heat up until it boils. Remove from heat and pour over filets. Sprinkle onions on top and let them marinate at least 30 minutes

Reserve the marainade and fry the filets and onions in a skillet until done.

Put the marinade in a saucepan and mix in lemon juice and zest. Heat up to boil. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.

Serve sauce with filets and noodles.
