6 md. ripe tomatoes
2 md. green tomatoes or tomatilloes
1 md. onion
3 md. bell peppers
1 cup parsley or cilantro
1/2 lemon, juice of
Crushed red pepper or hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Chop all ingredients by hand in small pieces to keep a great rustic look to the salad. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes (I prefer dried cayenne peppers milled in the spice mill).

Great summer time cool down. Tastes even better the next day when everything blends. Great as a salad, topping, salsa or as a dip for tortilla chips.
Cucumber, fresh jalapeno and even cheese cubes or feta are also great add ins.
