Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Dissolve sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over and let stand10 minutes. Stir in salt, oil, and 250ml of the flour and beat well with a wooden spoon. Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured counter and knead until smooth and elastic, approx. 5 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise on top of stove for 10 minutes while oven is preheating.
Lightly oil a pizza pan (15ml oil) and sprinkle with 15 ml cornmeal. Roll dough into a circle and place in pizza pan OR lightly press dough into pan. Bake in 425°F for five minutes to prevent a soggy crust. Mix spices into tomato sauce, and spread over dough. Add 125ml mozzarella cheese over sauce. Add toppings as desired. Top with remaining 375ml cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let "set" for 3 minutes before cutting pizza.
