Directions:

Set oven to 450°F. Wash, dry, and cut potatoes into wedges. Toss potatoes and remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Place on a parchment lined baking pan with sides, in a single layer. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender.
