1 clove garlic
8-1/2 fl. oz. cream
1-7/10 fl. oz. parmesan cheese, grated
17/20 fl. oz. parsley, finely chopped
17/500 fl. oz. pepper

Directions:

In a fry pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until softened. Add cream and bring to a boil. Cook until sauce starts to thicken (about five minutes). Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Finish with parmesan cheese, pepper, and parsley.
