1-7/10 fl. oz. flour
12-3/4 fl. oz. milk
17/250 fl. oz. salt
17/500 fl. oz. pepper
17/500 fl. oz. sugar
8-1/2 fl. oz. mozzarella or monterey jack cheese, grated
8-1/2 fl. oz. cottage cheese
12-3/4 fl. oz. cheddar cheese, grated
8-1/2 fl. oz. bread or cracker crumbs
1-1/50 fl. oz. margarine, melted

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain and place in a large bowl.

Melt 50ml margarine over medium heat, and stir in flour. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in milk. Return to medium heat, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add salt, sugar, 250ml cheddar, and 250ml mozzarella to sauce, and stir until melted. Mix cottage cheese into sauce and add pasta, stir to combine, and place in a greased casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together 30ml melted margarine and the bread crumbs with 125ml cheddar cheese, use to top casserole. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
