Crust:
6-4/5 fl. oz. Graham or chocolate oreo crumbs
1-7/10 fl. oz. sugar
2-1/25 fl. oz. melted butter
Filling: or
7-359/500 fl. oz. cream cheese
2-11/20 fl. oz. sugar
1 egg
2-11/20 fl. oz. sour cream
17/100 fl. oz. vanilla
17/25 fl. oz. flour
1-7/10 fl. oz. melted chocolate (optional to make chocolate cheesecake)

Directions:

Mix together crust ingredients, and press into a pie pan. Bake for ten minutes at 325°F.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and cream cheese, with the flour. Separate eggs one at a time. Beat whites with a clean beater until stiff. Set aside. Beat yolks and vanilla into cream cheese mixture.
Blend sour cream and chocolate (if using), into cream cheese mixture, and pour into crust. Place the pie pan, into another pan that is half filled with boiling water, and bake at 250°F for 30 or 40 minutes, or until cake is barely set, and still jiggly in centre. Cool for one hour in turned off oven so cake won't crack.
