Ingredients:

1 (5 lb.) pork roast
1 bag baby cut carrots
12 md. potatoes, cubed
2 packets onion soup mix
3 cans cream of mushroom
1-1/2 cans water (use cream of mushroom can)

Directions:

Place pork roast, carrots and potatoes into an oven roaster (or a big pan for the convectional oven).

Whisk together onion soup mix packets (do not prepare them according to the box) with the cans of cream of mushroom and the water.

Pour over the pork roast and vegetables. Cook at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
