Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
6 to 7 bananas
6 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 cups cold milk
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, mix together flour and 2 T. sugar. Stir in melted butter until mixture forms a ball. Spread in bottom of a 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes. (Do not overbake or your crust will be hard.) Cool crust for 30 minutes.

Slice bananas and arrange over cool crust. In a small bowl, combine 6 T. sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle over bananas. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly mix in 1 c. of milk. Add instant vanilla pudding, remaining 2 c. of milk, and 1 t. vanilla. Mix until combined (mixture will not be smooth). Carefully pour over bananas.
Carefully fold 1 t. vanilla into Cool Whip. Spread evenly over pudding mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

This isn't made purely from scratch, but it is a great shortcut and so easy to prepare!
