1 prepared pie crust
6 to 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg white
1 egg
1 can fruit pie filling (berry is best)

Directions:

Cream together cheese and sugar; add juice and egg. Whisk together and pour into pie crust (with egg white wash). Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Then add the fruit pie filling and bake at 400°F fo another 20 minutes.
