Cheesy Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients:

2 pkg. (8.5 oz. each) Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt (or vanila flavored)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. chopped canned jalepeno's with seeds removed

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the cornbread mix, eggs, milk and yogurt until blended. Stir in cheese. Pour into greased, pre-heated 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 400°F for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Butter the top crust if desired, serve warm.
