Total Time:

1:10

Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can white tuna, drained
1 md. onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:

Thoroughly combine first three ingredients. Transfer mixture onto a square of plastic wrap, form mixture into a ball and refrigerate until firm.

Once firm, remove from plastic wrap and roll in pecans. At this point it can be served or placed back into the refrigerator until you are ready to use it. Great with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.

Comments from artemisdtp :

The name may not sound very exciting, but it really is a delicious and easy appetizer. If you don't have the time or desire to form this into a ball, it is great placed into a bowl and served with or without the nuts sprinkled on top.
