2 lb. stew meat, trimmed of excess fat and cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (32 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
2 to 3 stalks celery, sliced
4 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 tbsp. flour *
1 tbsp. water
Shredded mozzerella cheese

Directions:

Put all ingredients except flour, water and cheese into Crockpot. Cook on low 8-10 hours (recommended) or high 4-5 hours.
30 minutes before serving, turn crockpot to high setting. Mix water and flour together, add to crockpot and let simmer until stew is thickened.
Serve with shredded mozzerella on top.

This recipe is so easy! Looking at the ingredients, you may not expect anything spectacular from this recipe. However, this is one of my family's absolute favorite dishes, and it's very easy to make!
*1 tsp cornstarch can be substituted for flour.
