Ingredients:

2 pkg. fresh spinach, stems removed
1 container artichoke hearts, chopped
1 container feta cheese
1 container cream cheese
2 tbsp. garlic pepper
1 fresh french bread, thinly sliced

Directions:

Saute spinach a little olive oil and garlic pepper on medium heat; allow to cook down. When cooked, put spinach in a strainer and drain excess water.

In same saute pan, cook artichokes over medium-low heat. Place feta and cream cheese in a pot, add a little garlic pepper and allow to melt over medium heat. Strain excess water from artichokes and combine spinach, artichokes and the melted cheese.

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle pepper over the thinly sliced French bread and baked in the oven for a few minutes at 250°F. Serve on any platter you like and enjoy.

Comments from patrick :

There are a few things that separate this dish from all others. Garlic pepper will bring out some great flavors.
