1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and ends peeled
1 pkg. proscuitto, pieces halved lengthwise
Sundried tomatoes, marinated in olive oil
|
Directions:
|
Clean and trim asparagus. Brush with sundried tomatoes in olive oil then wrap with proscuitto. Wind it around from top to bottom and brush with olive oil again. Grill on aluminum foil for 30 to 45 minutes.
