Grandma's Perfect Play-doh

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
Food coloring, as desired
Flavoring, if desired

Directions:

Cook at low heat until mixture leaves the pan. Knead. Enjoy!
