2 cups chopped fresh cranberries
1 lg. jalapeno seeded and chopped fine
4 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 blood oranges peeled and sectioned
2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
2 stalks celery strings removed and chopped fine
1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1/4 cup or less of fresh chopped mint leaves

Directions:

Toss all but the walnuts and mint together. Then add the mint and walnuts at the end. Enjoy!

This is not your typical Thanksgiving relish, but it has been a holiday standard for my family the last 10 years or so. I'm not sure where it came from! You can substitute other orange/tangerine varieties if you can not find blood oranges. I've done it, but if you can find the blood ones it is very worth it. It may seem like a lot of mint, but don't pack it in the cup and keep it loosely chopped.
