Ingredients:

2 cups grated raw potatoes
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 to 3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. bacon
1 lg. onion, chopped

Directions:

In large bowl mix together the grated potatoes, pepper, garlic salt, egg, cracker crumbs and flour. (It will look like dough.) Drop by tablespoons into boiling, salted water. Boil for 10 minutes.

While boiling, cut bacon into small pieces and chop onion. Remove dumplings from water and immediately put in frying pan with uncooked bacon and onions. Fry until golden brown.
