Ingredients:

1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen southern style hash browns, potato chunks,thawed
1 qt. milk
1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of celery soup
6 oz. cubed processed cheese
5 slices cooked crumbled bacon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Combine potatoes, milk, soup, cheese, bacon and the Worcestershire sauce in a large soup pot. Heat to boiling over medium high heat, stirring often. Boil while stirring until the cheese melts. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle more bacon over bowls of soup, if desired.

This is made with convenience ingredients, yes, even cream of soup. I don't use these things very often, but for a quick dinner on a cold night when the family's busy, I can make an exception, lol. I used the low fat cream soup, and light cheese. Very hearty and comforting, and so quick to prepare!
