6 oz. mint chocolate (not cream filled)
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz. butter
1/4 lb. graham cracker crumbs
6-1/2 oz. chopped walnuts
1-1/2 cups plus 4 tbsp. light cream
Sugar to taste
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Melt chocolates and butter in sauce pan or in microwave. Stir until smooth.
Combine cracker crumbs and nuts in a mixing bowl. Stir in cream, sugar, vanilla and chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Pour in to 12x8-inch greased pan. Let stand in a room temperature about 2 hours until firm. Cut in squares. Store in an airtight container.
