Total Time:

Ingredients:

1 14 inch pizza crust either store bought or homemade
1/2 cup alfredo sauce
1 sm. onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, freshly minced
1 lb. chicken breast, cubed
Cheese
Diced tomatoes

Directions:

First, saute the chicken in olive oil and seasonings of your choice until it is cooked all the way through. Then spread the alfredo sauce evenly over the crust. Try not to go too thick otherwise the pizza will not cook evenly, but feel free to put on as much or little as you please. Evenly sprinkle the garlic and onion in the sauce. Top the pizza with the type and amount of cheese that you want, again keeping in mind that too much can present a problem. Top the cheese with the chicken and as many tomatoes as desired. Heat the oven to 375°F. Cook until crust is golden brown.

Comments from agarwaen :

This pizza is a family favorite and is esy to customize to your preferences. The chicken can be made in different ways and the cheeses can be varied. But I've fiddled with it enough times to realize that chicken and the tomatoes go amazingly with the alfredo suace. I would also recommend selecting or preparing a garlic alfredo sauce to add a little extra flavor.
