Ingredients: |

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 cups bread crumbs or plain oatmeal
1 md. onion, finely diced
1 md. green pepper, finely diced
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder, onion powder and Ground Cumin to season

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, place in teflon coated loaf pan, coated with baking grease or non-stick spray. Cover with foil, and bake at 350°F 1-1/2 hours. Remove foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp and brown the top.
Serve with some mashed taters and a good vegetable, and you got yourself a family favorite!!

My mother-in-law came over one time, and I got distracted by my son, and I burned the meatloaf a little bit. Come to find out, she loved it anyway, and she said the burned bit was her favorite part!!! who'd have guessed?
