Ingredients:

2 lb. flat iron steak
4 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tbsp. Tim's F'n Good Hot Shtuff Essence
1 oz. liquid smoke
Green onions

Directions:

Rub the steak with the liquid smoke, then with essence. Rub the garlic on the steak and set aside for 1 hour. This cooks better if its room temperature, but you can refrigerate it overnight if you want.

Fire up the grill, charcoal preferred. By the time the coals are white your steak is ready to go. Cook rare or medium rare, 4-6 minutes per side. Grill the green onions and put em on top of the steak. Top with your favorite sauce, I make mine out of the essence mix but that's another recipe to come soon... Enjoy.
