Ingredients:

2 pork chops
Seasoning salt or regular salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp. butter
Chicken broth

Directions:

Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops. Heat a medium-sized frying pan. Coat the bottom of the pan with oil. Place porks chops in pan and heat both sides for about 6 minutes. Then turn down heat and cover for about 8 minutes. Remove pork chops and put in the chicken broth. Stir the brown bits left in the pan into the broth. Add butter to the pan and swirl it around off the heat. Pour gravy over pork chops and serve.
